COTOCOCHA LODGE :

DAY 1: the staff of Cotococha Lodge welcomes you. In the afternoon you'll receive an explanation about the Lodge and what to do.
DAY 2: during the morning we navigate through the Napo River until we arrive at the Rescue Center Amazoonico. In the afternoon we visit an indian community.
DAY 3: walk to the waterfall named Las Latas where we can take a refreshing bath. In the afternoon we walk through the primary forest.
DAY 4: After breakfast we prepare our equipment to leave the Lodge.

BATABURO LODGE :
DAY 2: we are going to observe mammals and birds. In the afternoon we make a walk of four hours guided by a native guide who will give us lots of explanations. After the group is going to fish piranhas and observe alligators.
DAY 3: we are going to learn about the medicinal plants. Also to learn how to work with the CERBATANA, and at night we are going to observe nocturnal fauna.
DAY 4: another walk through the forest and we are going to learn about the elaboration of the CURARE (a poison that the HUAORANIS use to hunt)

An unique experience you can live on board of the Jungle Discovery Yacht. Through the Napo river following the Orellana path, who was the first explorer on crossing the American continent from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean on the search of the lost gold town called "El Dorado" in the valley of the cinnamon trees.
During the journey you will travel through virgin forest and visit hidden lagoons, Indian communities, learn about their culture and traditions. The whole time you will be accompanied by naturalist and native guides, that are highly qualified.

DAY 1: Departure in Quito with the destination to Coca. Crossing on the Napo River to the Yuturi Lodge and its nature reserve.
Arrival at round about 5 p.m. Afer dinner, we'll make a night excursion on the Parahuaco- trail to observe insects, nightactive rodants, reptiles and much more listen to the nocturnal concert of the jungle.
DAY 02: Excursion in a canoe to the lagoon of Yuturi. During the journey the passengers will appreciate the fantastic concert of the huge bird diversity, which exists in the nature reserve. Return to the camp to have breakfast Canoe- trip to the Manduro- Lagoon and walk on the hiking trail with the same name to observe the vegetation, water birds and keys for "chontillas" and "anturios" where bird colonies and nests have been established as well. Lunch in the jungle. In the afternoon we invite you to participate in the entertaining piranha- fishing. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 03: Breakfast. Departure to a 3-hour adventure- hike. We cross the jungle and observe a huge number of medical plants, which are used by the native people. There is the opportunity to see parrots, parakeets, tukans and all the over exciting animals which inhabit the area. In the afternoon our native naturalist guides will share their knowledge about the use of the most outstanding weapon of the Ecuadorian Amazon basin the "Bodoguera" or "Cerbatana". Dinner. Nightjourney in small boats (piraguas) on the waters of the Yuturi River. 
DAY 04: Early in the morning we will grab all our luggage to set out for the Yarina Biological Reserve. The reserve is round about four hours away by boat. During the journey we stop twice. At the first halt we will pay a visit to a house of a native family to learn about their customs and habits and possibly buy some handicrafts. We will make a second funny and exciting stop at the "Isla de los choronogs" (monkeys). This 20 ha island, is part of the Yuturi Nature Reserve where we can enjoy the presence, grace and skilfulness of the chorongo- monkeys in their natural surroundings.
We continue our trip to Yarina where we will visit a birdwatching-tower and undertake another short hike.

DAY 05: Early in the morning departure in a canoe from the Yuturi Biological Reserve to Coca in order to catch the return flight to Quito.
